How do I place an order?
Simply place your items in the basket and proceed to check out where you will be given a choice of payment options including Paypal, credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com and one of our operators will take your order and payment.
How do I get complimentary (free) delivery?
Simply choose 3 of your favourites products or accessories to get your order sent to you at no extra charge.
Standard Delivery - FREE
Delivery should normally take 3 - 5 working days.
Express Delivery - from £4.50
1-2 working day delivery for orders placed before midday. A signature will be required for this delivery type.
Our delivery couriers will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in their systems for a period of 14 days (UK) and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
Please note; www.empressparlour.com can only entertain claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
When will my order be dispatched?
We always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 1.30pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take the following major credit cards; Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Mistro, Solo and American Express. We also take Paypal payments.
